A Bit of Bio

I was born in Vienna, Austria. When I was 2.5 years, we moved to Paris before migrating to Australia, 4.5 years later.  The varied cultural experiences I had till that age developed in me a love of people, their norms, habits and languages.  As a migrant child, I mixed with even more nationalities and my love of language learning and people was cemented.

Books have always been my inspiration and path to growth.  Because my family circumstances involved mental illness, I virtually brought myself up.  I was not aware of personal development courses, etc until I was in my early thirties and so books were my vehicle for altering personal disempowerment.  Whenever I needed inspiration, a book would appear – it could have been on a table outside a newsagency, in a library, through a friend, or I would receive guidance from my higher source, not that I knew what that was then. Now, I call it downloads.

At an early age, I wrote poetry and short stories, drew a bit, and kept a diary.  Eventually my careers took over and I mostly wrote work programs and professional books.  This professional writing increased as I conducted my own businesses, and so, I published books. Today, I also use digital publishing to expand my reading audience. My genres have also expanded.

I’ve had many enjoyable and successful years in education, teaching at Secondary Schools, University and adult evening classes for whom I wrote and conducted personalized courses, CEO for Ice Skating Australia, and Director of a College of Hospitality and Tourism as well as my own PD business.

I self-published an Historical Fiction, a book on ADHD drug-free solutions and several on  self-help. Finally, I moved into anthologies of short stories to inspire and relay life messages for the reader. Sometimes humans speak, other times, animals have words of wisdom. These books have been uploaded onto Amazon and Kindle.

In between publishing, to keep sharp, I reviewed other people’s novels and short stories, entered writing competitions, and belonged to a Writing and Publishing Club. Currently, my avenue is writing on this site; a novel is in the works.

Music is a passion and I’m re-acquainting myself with my piano. I also loved playing the trumpet and learning the guitar but, time was an issue. Now I also play keyboard with headset on, when I want to play at odd hours of the night or early morning.

It has taken me decades to reach this point in my life when I can do what I want, when I want, where I want, and with whom I want.  My family is happily settled and my darling Miniature Poodle, Mirabell has transitioned.

At any opportunity, I love to help people achieve the life they want. I know the difference between floundering, wanting, and having, and being able to call on metaphysical energies to assist me. This is available to everyone, no exceptions, we just need to be open to this assistance.

PS: I also have 2 Uni degrees and a Masters in Education (Psychology), also, qualifications and accreditations in non-mainstream personal growth areas. What I value more is how I’ve inspired my clients to be their best self which was always inside them. I was just the catalyst for them to excavate that to use in daily life.

    Life is precious, to be loved with your complete being. It’s sacredness is also shown as we respect each other.

    It’s a dream that your spirit is living in your human form to be released one day.

You attract who you are

You attract who you are rather than what you want.

If you’re going for a walk, be present in the moment. Whatever you are doing, be present in that moment. Don’t be thinking of multiple other things, be present and good things will come.

When you learn something, you’re able to teach it, it comes from your personal cognition. Cognition brings experiences and you can then make them your own.  When your life changes for the better, you have a desire to help change the life of other people around you as well. Just don’t force it on them, wait till they show some interest in what you’re saying. And then, be sensitive to their continued interest or not.

When we have learned lessons from the past and have experienced their positive effect, we turn them into wisdom.

You feed your body with food and water. You feed your soul wisdom from experience and knowledge that you have gained and consistently used to empower yourself. You then gain new opportunities which take that wisdom further as you create further empowering situations.

Whenever you’re in fight or flight, you’re in survival mode, and when you’re in survival mode, you’re not in a state of creation, you’re basically just hanging on to the cliff edge. That energy is releasing cortisol and adrenaline in your body, and that’s not healthy. No living organism is meant to be in that stage for too long.

Get yourself into the mindset of what is going right in your life and not what is going wrong. Ask yourself, what am I grateful for? Gratitude is magick. It gets you back into clarity. Now you can come back to your current situation, and you’ll know what to do. Negative doubt was dissolved.

But, whenever we’re caught up in fear, everything gets complicated. Come back to love and it’ll all make sense.

If it’s an intense situation and you’re dealing with some sort of trauma, whether it happened recently or in the past, this is a time for you to take some time to heal spiritually.

Let’s look at 3 modalities we can use to heal:

  1. spiritual – meditate; listen to calming music; listen or watch stories of success over mental chaos, sing
  2. physical – get enough sleep to heal; do yoga; other exercise; play sport; dance
  3. emotional – do a little bit of automatic writing; journalling; praying; sing; fall back on affirmations

If you are an empath, you’re often people pleasing and making sure everyone else is okay, but now is the time for you to heal.

Take some time for yourself, don’t feel you have to rush and do things.  Do something you don’t want to, you love to do, not you have to do. You can choose to do what you wish.

Affirm that you trust yourself, summon up that inner light within you. You may feel a lack of confidence but, this lack is nothing more than lack of knowledge or experience.

If you had a confrontation, ask yourself, what made the other person react the way they did. Most misunderstandings are also just lack of knowledge, which produces jumping to conclusions which has caused the majority of many problems.

Put yourself in the receiving mode. Expect this to righten itself, accept it and command it, understand it’s your birthright to be happy. Welcome what appears to be negative energy, don’t resist it. Ofttimes, we resist the energy of love, self-love and love shown to us by others and let our negative ego predominate. You just need to move your thoughts, emotions, and outlook to a new perspective.

Ask your Higher Self for a different course of action. You may be able to focus on what is important to you that you overlooked. Make a conscious effort to get above the difficult situation.

Remember, the Universe is doing stuff for you, not to you. What is the lesson in this situation? Thank goodness, we found the lesson now or else, we’d have to learn it later when things could have got more difficult.

What advice would your Higher Self give you right now when it’s in control and not your humanness?  By you using that perspective, you will have a clear and concise image that leads to brain and heart coherence. Now you’re tapping into the field, and your path will be clear.
